Planable - Visual workflow and time management interface

We created the "Planable" user interface specifically for high-performing teams—a visual system that integrates activity planning, task management, and progress tracking. Through a clear information hierarchy and intuitive data visualization, this project transforms complex work schedules into a straightforward interface, helping users truly "take control of their schedule."

This is the core of the user's interaction with their schedule. We designed a "+ Add Task" floating action button to encourage users to quickly add tasks. Each task card integrates the title, required time, progress percentage, and categorized tags (such as "Client Call"), presenting all key information in a flat format, eliminating the need for a second click and significantly improving planning efficiency.

The ubiquitous progress circle throughout the interface not only displays data but also acts as a silent motivator, connecting macro goals with micro-level completion, providing a sense of accomplishment and motivation for continued use.

We deeply understand that a successful management tool must address both "planning" and "execution." Therefore, throughout the UI design, we ensured that all core actions (such as starting a task, viewing details, and adjusting progress) are easily accessible. The concise icon language and consistent interaction mode allow users to get started without any learning costs, allowing them to focus entirely on the work itself rather than the use of tools.
